04

Accountability

02 / CVSC standards & safety

Force with direction.
Strength with purpose.

CVSC strength standards live in the practice: sound technique, controlled effort, steady progression, and respect for the people around you.

“Controlled violence” means capability applied only where it belongs: structured training, conditioning, competition, and personal growth. Calm under pressure. Responsible toward others.

No intimidation. No recklessness. No glorifying harm. The work is demanding because discipline matters—in the gym and in the way we carry ourselves outside it.
